Altakamol ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Altakamol workflow automation platform and this website (magmobility.com). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, and the rights available to you.
By using our website or platform you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
- Contact form – name, work email address, company name, phone number, and message content when you submit an enquiry.
- Account registration – username, display name, and email address when an administrator creates an account for you in the Portal or Designer applications.
- Correspondence – emails or messages you send to our support or sales team.
Information collected automatically
- Log data – IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time and date of visits, and HTTP status codes; stored in server logs for up to 90 days.
- Authentication events – login timestamps and outcomes recorded in the application activity log for security auditing.
- Cookies and similar technologies – see Section 10 (Cookies) below.
3. How We Use Information
- To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form.
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Altakamol platform.
- To authenticate users and protect account security.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and bot activity on our forms.
- To send transactional emails (e.g. form submission confirmations).
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for behavioural advertising.
4. Data Sharing
We share personal information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers – we use a transactional email service to deliver contact-form confirmations. These providers are contractually bound to process data only as directed by us.
- Cloudflare – our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. See Section 9 for full details.
- Legal requirements – we may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of users or the public.
- Business transfer – in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal data may transfer to the acquiring party, who will remain bound by this policy.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures, including:
- TLS encryption for all data in transit.
- Hashed password storage — plaintext passwords are never stored.
- Role-based access controls within the platform.
- Activity logging for security audit trails.
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Retention
- Contact-form submissions – retained in our email system for as long as is necessary to respond and for a reasonable period thereafter.
- Platform account data – retained for the duration of your organisation's contract and deleted within 90 days of contract termination unless a longer period is required by law.
- Server logs – retained for 90 days then deleted automatically.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable data-protection law, including:
- Access – request a copy of personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification – request correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure – request deletion of your personal data where there is no overriding legitimate basis to retain it.
- Restriction – request that we restrict processing while a dispute is resolved.
- Portability – receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection – object to processing based on legitimate interests.

8. Third-Party Services
This website does not load Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other tracking-based third-party scripts. The only third-party JavaScript loaded is the Cloudflare Turnstile widget described in Section 9 below.
The Altakamol platform can be deployed entirely on-premise, in which case no data leaves your organisation's infrastructure.
9. Cloudflare Turnstile
Turnstile is a privacy-first CAPTCHA alternative provided by Cloudflare, Inc. When you submit a form protected by Turnstile, the widget runs a series of non-interactive browser checks (such as analysing browser characteristics and interaction patterns). Unlike Google reCAPTCHA, Turnstile does not set tracking cookies or use your data for advertising purposes.
What data Cloudflare processes
- Browser environment signals (user-agent, screen metrics, language preferences).
- IP address, used for bot classification only.
- A challenge-result token, sent to our server and verified against Cloudflare's API.
Cloudflare processes this data solely to distinguish humans from automated bots. It is governed by Cloudflare's own privacy documentation.
Privacy Addendum (required disclosure)
As required by Cloudflare's conditions for using Turnstile in invisible/managed challenge mode, we reference the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum in this policy:
- Cloudflare Privacy Policy — governs how Cloudflare processes data collected by Turnstile.
- Cloudflare Website Terms of Service — additional terms applicable to Turnstile use.
11. Children
Our services are not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be notified prominently on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
